Yesterday, Dr Usman Afzali (Usman Afzali) from the University of Otago presented a CACR lecture, titled "Muslim Diversity Study: Insights into Building a National Study with New Zealand’s Muslim Communities".


🧵 First Muslims in Asia-Pacific (MAP1) Conference 1/ Three years ago, I was warned: Don’t do research on the community without giving back to the community. That advice shaped the Muslim Diversity Study and led to one of the proudest moments of my academic journey.
