The uproar towards Black Out night is boring, because itās disingenuous. This isnāt a new concept and neither is it exclusionary. The nay sayers have no intention of seeing the play. The arts sector is burning, theatres are chronically underfunded and are collapsing. Letās focus

Protesting against the mass slaughter of civilians is not a threat to democracy. The real threat to democracy is a government that crushes our rights and silences our solidarity. Our movement is made up of all faiths and backgrounds, united by a belief in a more peaceful world.
