Today I’ve written to the Minister and Chief Executive calling for an urgent meeting to avoid an escalation of a dispute. Let’s hope that common sense prevails.

I truly thought lessons had been learnt. Regrettably, a toxic culture has once again taken hold. We will not stand-by and see school leaders forced out of their jobs and left crushed.

I’m absolutely clear, this is not just an attack on individuals – it is an attack on all of us. The conduct we are challenging disproportionately affects NAHT members and seeks to undermine the legitimate work of our union. That is unacceptable NAHT
