New early open access paper in collaboration with members of BAM Research Group! Further evidence that the cholinergic system can provide useful prognostic markers in #Parkinsons, in this case related to gait decline.

Really interesting findings here. Especially the importance of early non-motor symptoms and that falls and balance are the largest issue reported by those living with advanced Parkinson's.
