Gate 17 will be closed tomorrow, Sat., Jan. 25, rom 8 a.m. to noon in order to complete routine maintenance at the entry control point. All traffic is instructed to use Gate 1 during this time. No other gates will be open for ingress or egress during the time of maintenance.

The installation is conducting security drills and training this morning. During these exercises, the team will make use of its mass notification system. Please follow all instructions given by security personnel and official comminications. Your cooperation is appreciated.

The installation is currently experiencing an NMCI outage. Technicians are working on restoration of service.

NMCI Service has been restored. If your command or activity is still without service, place a call to the NMCI Help Desk.

Gate 1 will close at 9 a.m. in order to complete maintenance at the entry control point. All traffic will be redirected to Gate 2 at Third Street Extension while Gate 1 is closed. Gate 1 is expected to reopen at noon.

Gate 1 will close tomorrow, March 13 from 10 a.m. to noon for scheduled maintenance. Gate 2 at Third Street Extension will be open during this time for entry and egress from the installation. Gate 1 will reopen following this work.

Gate 17 at Access Road in Middletown is currently closed. All traffic is directed to use Gate 1 for entering and exiting the installation. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.

Gate 17 has reopened for inbound and outbound traffic.

Roadway construction and utility work will begin near the intersection of Burma Rd. and Anderson Ave. This will require a partial outage of Burma Road/Peary Street during the period March 18 through April 4, 2025. Work will be conducted each week day from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m.

A commercial vehicle is delaying traffic and causing backups on Access Road, just east of Chases Lane and NUWC Gate 23. Installation personnel should seek alternate routes to get to West Main Road. Local law enforcement is on scene and taking steps to clear the vehicle.

Prior traffic issues at Access Road are now cleared.

The installation security team will be conducting training exercises this morning. Community members may see and hear responses and actions associated with these drills. If you witness any activity you believe is suspicious, report it to the security department immediately.

The military ID card center is currently unable to create CACs or unlock of these cards. This is due to a system-wide outage. There is no estimated time for restoration. Please consider scheduling an appointment for future service. Appointment holders have priority for service.
