Slightly aggressive drill-this athlete had an issue with falling back on his finish due to a lack of push off of his left out of the back. The dynamic start added 8’ to his throw, when going back to the spin, it improved his throw by 3-4’ just from thinking of driving forward.

Moving players up to varsity stunts their development

Earlier this summer, Lemont Wrestling hosted a unique camp for aspiring girls' wrestlers! This camp was open to students from any school, and more than 40 wrestlers took the opportunity to learn from coaches who have won state, collegiate, and world titles. #WeAreLemont
