Check out these awesome 4th and 5th graders at Arthur W. Edwards Elementary in Havelock! We had a blast leading lessons on estuaries and rain gardens and the students were so enthusiastic about it! Some of the kids even became student ambassadors of their school rain garden!

Today is #WorldWaterDay and at the Coastal Federation, we are focused on protecting and restoring the quality of our coastal waters. We achieve this through a variety of efforts such as improving stormwater infrastructure, reducing runoff, and preventing marine debris.
