We also had a chance to honor Kyle McGowan for his many contributions to NCSA this morning. McGowan, who is retiring this summer, was hired as one of the three original NCSA Ambassadors in 2016 and also served the organization as a legislative consultant. Thank you, Kyle McGowan!
