What a GREAT workshop from @ACharityHudley, and UCSB Linguistics students and faculty on inclusion in sociolinguistics! This workshop presented amazing frameworks and methods for promoting and embracing racial and ethnic, and gender-based diversity within the field!

In partnership with NC State College of Education for American Education Week, the Language Diversity Ambassadors will be giving a presentation on NCSU's Common Book "Born a Crime" by Trevor Noah! This talk will concentrate on language ideologies and codeswitching in the text!
