We strongly oppose the Grassley amendment and urge Senator Thom Tillis and Senator Ted Budd to vote against it.


Cotton production costs are 1/3 higher than 2018 with export markets declining and polyester production increasing. The OBBBA provides a lifeline and we urge passage by the House. Rapid Response 47

The OBBBA raises the seed cotton reference price to $0.42, an important 14% increase. The NCC calls on the House to pass it now. Rapid Response 47
