I had the pleasure once again this year to participate in Notre Dame Law School's annual Religious Liberty Summit where I spoke on one panel about "Church Autonomy and Contract Enforcement," and another about "Religious Discrimination in Education Funding."


ND Law Prof. Jorge Barrera-Rojas has been appointed as an Olin-Searle Fellow and associate research scholar at Yale Law School beginning this academic year. He joined the ND Law faculty in July 2023 and will continue to serve as a Rodes Fellow with the Program on Church, State & Society.
