#TodayIn2019 was marked by heroism. Anybody who could help did. Troopers used row boats, partnered with fanboat operators, and used our Light Armored Vehicle to rescue people in flooded areas. #2019Floods

Also #TodayIn2019, the NE National Guard flew several members of the media, as well as reps from NSP, Nebraska DOT, Nebraska Emergency Management Agency, and Governor Ricketts to survey damage in northeast Nebraska. Here are some photos from that flight.

In addition to the survey flights, NE National Guard heroes were hard at work performing hoist rescues in many areas #TodayIn2019.

NSP Pilots were also extremely busy, including airlifting people to safety and even delivering blood to hospitals that weren't accessable by road because of the #2019Floods. These are all images from #TodayIn2019.
