The National Football Foundation St. Louis Chapter hosted their 32nd Annual Awards Banquet April 30. Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D. Walter "Ted" Carter, Jr. delivered the keynote speech, focusing on the service of the chapter's "Elite-Eleven" Scholar-Athletes, who each received a $1,500 scholarship.
