Happyr Health® have released their online course for carers of young people with migraine. Check out their 2.5h of video material on migraine medication, lifestyle, coping strategies & many more: udemy.com/course/managin… 30% of each referral sign-up will go to MAI Migraine Australia

Why go through all this trouble to help people with chronic pain? Our founders Nicola Filzmoser (she/her) and Cornelius Palm (he/him) share the story of Happyr Health, how they struggled with pain themselves and how Happyr supports teens to be happyr ☺️

Do you have a child with #migraine? You can get involved in research by Happyr Health® and University of Stirling and help them improve an online course aimed at parents of young people with migraine. Find out more and get involved here: migrainetrust.org/clinical-trial…

I could never really describe what it feels like to take triptans, meds for migraine. Until one day, when I put a bit too much wasabi on my sushi... 🍣 In Happyr Health®'s latest video, I am talking about what it feels like to take triptans (at least for me).

In my research with ImperialSCARU we looked at emotional wellbeing in #migraine management and found that pharmaceuticals still dominate the treatment despite previous promising results using a multidisciplinary approach. Migraine is not just physical, it's emotional & social.

Happyr Health has been awarded the @InnovateUK’s Design Foundation Grant to revolutionise the way we support young adults with chronic pain. We are excited to work with Line Caes from University of Stirling and charlotte burr from @NMC. #chronicpain #innovation #digitalhealth

So excited to partner with Happyr Health® to design an innovative pain management programme for young adults with chronic pain. To do this right, we need YOUR input! We want to hear from young adults with chronic pain experiences & clinicians working with this population!
