The House Approps bill takes away rental assistance & affordable housing from 400,000 people. Potentially forcing many families struggling to make ends meet into homelessness, it’s “far from what poor & working Americans need to stay stably housed,” said Noelle Porter to The Architect's Newspaper.


People should have agency to make choices about their lives, without assistance being used to control them. But Trump wants to strip housing from working families who exceed strict time limits or don’t meet harsh work requirements, which are “wildly unpopular” said ★ to The Associated Press
