Wow @expediauk after many years as a regular customer I’ve had to try for the first time to get a refund and your customer service is really bad , aggressive and confrontational from an American call centre !!

Well T.M.Lewin you continue to fail to deliver on Customer Service. Despite continued promises the below 👇👇👇 still remains outstanding and is now nearly 5 months in waiting. Please refund and sort it once and for all and don’t make hollow and false promises 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely awful service and experience with DPD UK (Dynamic Parcel delivery) please avoid if you can as you will get nowhere with them and it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone in person . Will never use these again
