Great to see partnership working in our inner north west division 🌟🤝🌟 Homeless Health Team @ CLCH NHS Trust Westminster, Imperial NHS 💙 Hep c, Hepatology team, Turning Point - Social Enterprise 💙 drug and alcohol wellbeing service and Westminster City Council rough sleeper commissioners at the The Passage Charity Open Day Event.
We were thrilled to host a visit today from Deputy Chief Nursing Officer for England Professor Hilary Garratt CBE,RN,HV, PhD (Hon),MSc. Hilary saw the CLCH Academy skills lab in action and met some of the fantastic nurses from our Homeless Health and Soho District Nursing teams NHS London @HealthierNWL

A great first health and well-being event at the Salvation Army in Wandsworth today organised in collaboration with Homeless Health Team @ CLCH NHS Trust SPEAR London The Salvation Army @chrisbutton88 that saw 65 people come through the door for health checks, covid vaccines, haircuts, food and more!

Our first speaker was Amanda from the Roma Rough sleeping team from St Mungo's learning about health beliefs and the community, this brought lots of discussions and how we can apply everything we’ve learnt to our practice as a service! #homelesshealth #romahealth
