Well done to Kirsty Hartley, Dr Raji Seethamraju and the team on their presentation of implementing a nurse led ward round at the NW Neonatal ODN study day. A great intervention offering more autonomy to the nurses and greater involvement for parents!
A great presentation by Dr Rhia Netherton at the NW Neonatal ODN study day. We are very proud to say that thermoregulation at delivery has improved significantly at LWNC following these implementations.
An excellent workshop by AMITAVA SUR and team at the NW Neonatal ODN study day, showing the great work they have done to reduce intubation rates in preterm infants by maintaining adequate PEEP from delivery.
Thanks to NW Neonatal ODN and all the faculty for a great study day! So many fantastic projects shared. We look forward to seeing what we can implement and improve on at LWNC to improve care for all our babies.
