The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar was felicitated by officials from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on June 12, 2025 in recognition of its active participation in BIS initiatives.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar organized SPARC Workshop cum Symposium on “Recent Advances in Materials and Processing Technologies" on June 14 and 15.
