On this #ArtifactFriday, we're looking at two objects donated to the Museum by Anthony Amerson, the son of Lucius Amerson, who was elected in 1967 as the first Black sheriff the deep South since Reconstruction. His legacy lives on at the Museum where these objects are displayed.
