Inflow/outflow imbalance, Dr Beathard #ASDIN2025 Percent stenosis and Qa don’t correlate well. Most high flow fistulas aren’t treated until there is “a problem”. High flow is considered a Qa>1500 ml/min. Elevated BP and excess volume can affect Qa. Target for Qa 800-1000 cc/min
