T4 We need to provide a good variety of tests, not just PCR to be done on nasopharyngeal sample but also effective nasal antigen tests and we also need to scale up Xpert Covid-19 cartridges. These may be used using current TB GeneXpert machines. Ongoing training of HCWs #TBProof

T4: Community Health Workers should be trained and empowered to test for COVID-19 and TB through their door-to-door daily work. This will ensure that services are received by communities at the doorstep and facilities are not overburdened. We need innovation to succeed. #tbproof
