2/2 Report wild birds (ie, not in captivity) to the Department of Natural Resources at 1-800-565-2224. Report domestic birds (ie, farms, backyard flocks) to the Department of Agriculture 902-893-6540 and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency 902-536-1010.
