Today is Scottish Wildcat Day!! We would like to celebrate the work carried out by the Highlands Wildlife Park, whom we were able to visit on our annual Scotland trip. The park is working hard to help the wildcats return to much of their historic range throughout the UK.

We've been asked to participate in investigating the link between eco-anxiety and participation in sustainability-oriented societies at UK universities, aimed mostly at members from previous years. If you could fill out this survey, it'd be appreciated! qfreeaccountssjc1.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3C…

Consoc is officially back starting off the year, with a wildlife walk and a beautiful view of a kingfisher for those who braved the rain today to come with us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on our Wallaton trip today, we hope you enjoyed it! After we were treated to a talk by one of the rangers, who is a previous NTU student, we managed to see a lot of different birds, as well as both species of deer they have at the park!

Thank you to everyone who came to the bat walk last night. We had a great time! We were lucky enough to be able to see a Soprano pipistrelle, a common pipistrelle and great crested newt!! The lady with the newt does have a licence, meaning she was able to handle the animal!
