We are thrilled to have submitted a Planning Application to Camden Council for bringing this site back into use, providing 14 housing units, 2 of which for Social Rent and 6 for discounted sale, following 4 years of tireless work of local volunteers supported by Community Led Housing London.

Some good news to start the week off from NW3 CLT, who have had their planning permission approved! They plan to develop 8 homes in Hampstead for sale at a 50% discount rate. These homes can only ever be resold at an affordable rate. Read more: nw3clt.org.uk/news/camden-ne…
