A really honest and open presentation from Tracy Nicholls OBE about her career in the ambulance service and reflections on her personal journey. Really made me reflect on my own journey and it’s similarities 💚🚑💚 North West Ambulance Service NWAS Womens Network #InternationalWomensDay

Been at numerous talks & presentations in my career. Genuinely can’t remember such a humorous, poignant yet powerful talk delivered by College of Paramedics Tracy Nickell You rarely get to choose your leaders but you can choose who to follow. Will work out how I can be a better follower

Olli Hi Olli. NWAS begin a road show-type event soon whereby the event vehicle, FTSU guardian, and leaders will attend each ED to talk with NWAS staff about sexual safety, improving culture, and promote speaking up. There's a lot of planning going on 👌

This morning at Trust HQ members of the committee alongside Health & Wellbeing colleagues prepared units for our free sanitary products pilot on 43 sites across the NW. A real coordinated effort getting it off the ground, securing funding and rolling the units out.🙏🏻
