This bottle contained a lot more than water. A drug dealer in Washington Square Park used this bottle in an attempt to avoid detection from our 6th Precinct Special Operations team to no avail. 👉Stay hydrated! 👉Just not from this bottle.

Another drug dealer was arrested on the 6th Avenue Corridor. The 6th Precinct Special Operations Team will continue to find and arrest all drug dealers in the West Village.

Just a friendly reminder that selling marijuana in Washington Square Park is still illegal. Selling cocaine is a felony. The 6th Precinct is laser focused on cleaning up your park one drug dealer at a time.

Last night our special operations team arrested another known drug dealer. No matter the time of day, they are out there taking this dangerous poison off the streets.

Members of our Quality of Life team attended a Grub Hub event at NYU. Officers distributed flyers to delivery workers encouraging safe practices while operating electric bicycles.

Congratulations to our very own Council President Christine and Vice President Steve who completed and graduated from the NYPD Citizens Police Academy. This is a 6 week program designed to educate with law, tactics and scenarios. Congratulations 🎓

Safety and order are being restored for Washington Square Park. Yesterday, NYPD 6th Precinct Special Operations officers, alongside our federal partners, announced the end of a drug ring tied to deadly overdoses. 19 dealers were indicted and face our justice system for their actions.
