A coastal storm is expected to bring widespread soaking rainfall to eastern NY & western New England late Thu into Sat. Rainfall amounts of 1-2+ inches are forecast at this time. Due to recent rains, some areas could see flooding of low-lying, poor drainage and/or urban areas.
