#FluorescenceFriday Vasculature in Zebrafish, imaged with a diffractive OPM, inspired by Benjamin Judkewitz and Maximilian Hoffman. I like it, captures entire embryo up to 5DPF at ~1Hz, resolution good enough to see nuclei of endothelial cells in this example.
