So happy to share my phD work @crow_lab Institut Imagine published in Journal of Experimental Medicine. We showed that UNC93B1 mutations cause lupus and chilblain lupus via distinct TLR7 and TLR8 activation. A great collaborative effort with Casanova Lab and Manoury team.
