Of course the most important part of any conference is the networking and collaborations that can come from brining us all together. Great to see so many networking at the ICANS30 event dinner held at the stunning Living Worlds Gallery Manchester Museum

And before you know it, we say goodbye to ICANS30 until the next conference to bring us and our ideas together. Its been great couple of days with so many amazing talks and we look forward to the future events.

Another great outreach weekend supporting UoM Photon Science at the The Royal Society summer tour at Jodrell Bank - talking about all things light and waves from single photon emitters to how lithography works, we had a great time discussing our passion for science!

We had such a great time at ICANS30 at the University of Manchester last week that we forgot to post about it! Dr Philippa Shepley, Royce Deposition System Experimental Officer, was invited to give a talk on the fantastic Thin-Films she can produce on her equipment.

Another highlight of the year was our participation in the organization of ICANS30. With 150+ people attending and 90+ talks, there were some interesting discussions. We are so thankful to our NAME volunteers for helping before, during, and after the event to make it a success.

And now we start looking forward! Our Q13 meeting was a hybrid affair with interesting updates from all institutions as well as some delicious cakes! Big push on getting our data out there now 👀

Welcome to our new-look work packages! We have refocused for the next stage of the Programme Grant and can't wait to make further advances in these areas.
