In its recent Scientist C recruitment, Wildlife Institute of India rejected over 70 applicants (incl me) for not submitting supporting documents that they hadn't even (explicitly) requested! Many others rejected because our photos had no sign on them. MoEF&CC All India Research Scholars Association
