Single-cell proteomics (SCP) conferences are great even if you are not into SCP, because SCP means new algorithms, instrumentation, sample prep strategies etc., cool stuff! So, do not miss iSCMS in Provo. Registration and poster submission are still open! singlecellms.org

Wonderful manuscript by Kawashima lab! My lab at PNNL and Genentech have been heavily using DDM for low-input and single-cell proteomics since 2018, always wondering if there is another alternative with stronger retention. LMNG discovered by Kawashima lab seems very promising!

Happy to share our development in spatial proteomics to address the challenges of commercial LCM/LMD systems in terms of spatial resolution, throughput, and reliability. We were inspired by elegant work by Kermit Murray lab in DUV LA pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acโ€ฆ

It is a tremendous honor to be recognized by US HUPO. The honor belongs to the whole nanoPOTS team Yumi Kwon JongMin Woo Sarai Williams @cajun_science Wei-Jun Qian and many others. I can not get here without long-time mentoring and support from @ryankellybyu

Thanks Luck. This is a great work done by Yumi Kwon and also in collaboration with Wei-Jun Qian. We are exciting to see the opportunities of both label free and TMT labeling for deep spatial proteomics.

Very much enjoyed the wonderful US HUPO and received the Robert Cotter award. So thankful to the community for the recognition and the opportunity to share my journal to proteomics

Enclosed you can find a great opportunity to get more inside information about Single Cell Proteomics. I would also like to mention, that Vienna is at its most beautiful at the end of August. Registration is free of charge. Use this unique opportunity: apma.at/2023/09/26/5thโ€ฆ

2nd Single cell mass spectrometry symposium goes to European in beautiful city of Copenhagen! It is community driven scientific meeting for everyone with interest in single cell analysis.

I am not in #asms2024 this year, but my colleagues will present some many exciting results. One of these is an update of #nanoSPLITS with many new datasets during the long-review process. James will show how powerful it is in complex tissue samples

Glad to share this very fun plant scProteomics project back to Evil Mad Scientist together with many colleagues there. Instead of looking at cell types, we focused on the pathway changes during environmental perturbation, like drought. biorxiv.org/content/10.110โ€ฆ

While we eagerly await next week's ESCP in Vienna, please keep in mind that if you want even more single-cell mass spectrometry in your life, you still have >3 weeks to submit an abstract to iSCMS 2024 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Happening Oct 26-28th, 2024 singlecellms.org
