A bit too late for #FossilFriday but I haven't post anything in a while soooo... In the American Museum of Natural History for 2 weeks to scan carnivorous mammals with PhD student Melvin Vankelst and we found some BIG BOIIIS 🐯🐺

Open PhD position at the University of Zurich, Switzerland on Ape and Hominin biomechanics. As a graduate from that institution, I can not only guarantee academic growth but also that you will have an absolutely amazing time there. pim.uzh.ch/de/institut/st…

For this #FossilFriday meet Sarkastodon mongoliensis from the Eocene of Inner Mongolia from American Museum of Natural History we scanned with PhD student Melvin Vankeslt. First described in 1938 by W. Granger this oxyaenid was absolutely MASSIVE 😱

A super cool crowdfunding project led by colleagues from Université de Liège aiming to fund a life-sized reproduction of a mosasaur to be installed in the Meuse river! Super neat artistic and scientific diffusion project, help us to fund it here: promethea.koalect.com/project/43722

Looking for postdoc candidates interested in #morphology #biomechanics #FEA to join a project on lepidosaur cranial kinesis in biology and engineering with me and Josep Fortuny. Great opportunity to dive into state-of-the art interdisciplinary research! 📩 [email protected]

A bit late but... for this #FossilFriday I'm proud to announce that I was awarded a #MSCA Global Fellowship scoring +98%🥳Starting Dec 1st I will spend 2 more years at UC Berkeley with Jack Tseng followed by 1 year at Universidad de Málaga with Borja Figueirido 🐺🐯🐻🦦🦝
