A takeaway restaurant served a "nut-free" curry to a man with a severe nut allergy - it contained 4 types of nuts. He went into anaphylactic shock. Staff had no allergy training. Another case highlighting why mandatory allergen training is urgently needed. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
