To the first point: In 2020, Biden won nationally by 4.5%, and won MN by 7.2%. MN voted ~2.7% more D than the country. In 2020, Trump will likely end up winning by 1.5% nationally, and Harris won MN by 4.2%. MN voted ~5.7% more D. IOW, MN trended ~3% more D from 2020 -> 2024.
