Welcome to NSB 12! This is the 12th year of collaboration between @stewartbrewing, @heriotwattuni, and 4 MSc Students in Brewing and Distilling. This year's team have been hard at work developing a delicious beverage to be released for your enjoyment at the end of June 2023!

Introducing: 'pump up the bram!' a 4.8% farmhouse style ale fruited with Scottish brambles (blackberries) This beer is funky, fruity, and complex yet crisp: A crushable summer treat! We're releasing at the end of June, so keep an eye out at a pub, club, or bottle shop near you!

Throwback to HW BrewFest - put on by Heriot-Watt's Brewing Society and HW Student Union! We brought our Bramble Farmhouse and Bramble Cream Ale, which both received some good feedback and helped us refine our recipe for the final beer! Thanks StewartBrewing for supplying the casks!
