Gotta know what graphics settings you guys play on Siege X. My frames decrease to like 120 unless I make the game look like grainy

Need some help from any PC Gurus out there! Pic 1 is my old build (benchmark taken back in march), Pic 2 is the new build, Pic 3 is Graphics. Only thing changed is a new 240HZ monitor and a 5900XT CPU. Can anyone decipher why I'm getting lower average frames with a better CPU?

new tech issue just dropped (whenever I open chrome, and randomly when playing siege) my PC black screens with no error. Ruled out PSU, GPU, Drivers, BIOS, Thermal Throttling, RAM Any PC Wizards? It's been quite the adventure today.

Update on my tech issue: I wiped repartitioned my SSD (which holds windows) and booted a fresh windows 11 from a USB and it can't even get into setup. At this point I'm assuming it's isolated to a hardware issue. Perhaps my mobo (MSI b450 Gaming Plus) is just getting too old?

I think the issue is fixed -- got a b550 motherboard and am able to run things fine now. Thanks everyone for your input and suggestions
