TNC’s Maryland/DC Chapter donated 31 acres near Nanjemoy, MD, to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, creating the Southern Maryland Woodlands National Wildlife Refuge, the 573rd unit of the NWR System! 🦇 This is the first of several donations that will protect over 300 acres of habitat.
