Navy authorizes Relaxing of Facial Covering Requirement for Fully Immunized Personnel. Initial guidance has been promulgated through DOD Memorandum and a NAVADMIN Message authorizing fully immunized personnel to relax their facial covering requirement on DOD / Navy installations.
