Today we’re proud of our football and netball teams which have both taken part in inter-school competitions this week. Next week we will be at an inter-school indoor athletics event.

At Nayland Primary School, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! We’ve had a sneaky peak of Christmas on Monday, got the decorations up and the nativity rehearsals are in full swing.

Environmental Week at Nayland Primary School was launched with workshops run by Suffolk County Council.

Nayland has achieved the Bronze Green Tree Schools Award! This award is organised by the Woodland Trust and encourages schools to learn about nature and ways to help the environment. We have collected points for recycling, lowering CO2 emissions and learning about our forest.

The buddy nativity was a huge success with both Reception and Year 4 performing to our biggest audience yet!

Nayland children had an exciting return to school with a fencing lesson from Fit Fence. There are many more exciting opportunities planned for the new term, happy new year!
