Children's Minister Natalie Don-Innes MSP joined NDNA Scotland for their 20th anniversary event and announced the winner of their Children's Rights Award. Award winners Wise Owls Nursery in Moffat showed that children’s rights are a genuine priority and embedded throughout their culture.
