#DDW2025 was inspiring. Had a great time reconnecting with mentors and colleagues from UNMC_GIHEP and Geisinger GI . Also an awesome experience being with the EUS committee at the #FITE FITE event. Feeling humble and thankful to work in such an amazing field!

You made the central valley proud. He is underrated. He was on terrible Raiders teams and he still kept them in it and even to the playoffs. He had a new coach every year. Yet, always classy and professional. Enjoy retirement back in the valley. Darren Carr David Carr

This is why hoops is no longer watchable. How is this a tech? Just a nice slam sending a message. Get these refs in check. Whistle every single possession.

Thank you iGIE and Phillip Ge for spotlighting my career in “A Lifetime of Pushing Boundaries”. I highlight my family, mentors, and colleagues who have shaped my life and journey in endoscopy. igiejournal.org/article/S2949-…

Appreciate the PSA on MASH. Very important topic. However, there is an approved medication for this indication and likely more coming in the pipeline. Please see your board certified Gastroenterologist for more information on these options. No doubt lifestyle is #1 treatment.

Very important topic. Routine LAMS removal is probably unnecessary and leads to excess number of procedures and risk in a patient population that is already sick.

When I was a premed, I shadowed with some IM residents. One of the interns was particularly nice to me. Today, I did my first admission as a resident and, coincidentally, she was the attending who accepted my patient. If that’s not a full circle moment, idk what is.
