I enjoyed mtg with Sarah&Anna who took me on a tour of Baswich where I observed a strong multi disciplinary team able to offer true formulation of care plans&a great culture of compassionate leadership being led by Sarah. It was also good to hear about the therapeutic activities

Engaging session with the Strategy and Commercial Team this afternoon, exploring their working relationships with the care groups and clinical colleagues and how we are using data to enhance productivity and patient outcomes

Delighted the 2024 NHS Staff Survey results shows Mark W to be one of the best trusts in the country for bank staff to work at! This follows on from our full NHS Staff Survey results where 75% of staff stated Midlands Partnership University NHS FT is a great place to work – 10% higher than the national average
