8 years today! We were awful for the first 10 minutes! No calmness in us at all, but can’t blame us after that anthem! Finding it hard to call how this tournament will play out! How will the talented Scotland team do? Who wins it? Nothing beats tournament football!

Just awful news. The big man was a really nice fella and was making a really good career for himself. Ofcourse all thoughts are now with his family! 😞

I hate comparisons in football, it’s not fair, two different players in our own right! Both clearly world class let’s just leave it at that, leaves me thinking I should have asked for more money though…. 😂

Future talents on show in the Cymru cup at colliers park. Great facility (different to my YTS days there) and they were led by some great pathway coaches! Great to catch up with familiar faces and congratulate my old wing partner Craig on getting the big job.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A real stomach drop at this news. Sol is a guy that even if you met him for 10 seconds you wouldn’t forget him. An amazing character and my heart goes out to his family. You will be missed big man.
