Our teachers do an incredible job with bringing perspective into the classroom. Our BioDesign students recently unraveled a “human gene” that was 100 feet long. This gene represents only one piece of the 25,000 that make up our human anatomy. #SDOCGoodToGreat

Complex thinking is not often linear. Our students will use multiple outputs to represent their learning. In AP US History, students examined comparison, causation, continuity and change by mapping connections. AP United States History Ms. Courtney Ball #SDOCGoodToGreat

Relationships. That’s what it’s about. We do many things that are important; but the relationships being built in our Advisories are foundational to our success as a school.

Some people may say that having smaller, limited space is a bad thing. However, we see it as a positive. Our small (but mighty) school forces us into being together more often. Something we may have done in isolation - happens in the open at NeoCity.
