New study shows why the AI moratorium is VITAL for Florida: Without it, a patchwork of state regulations could cost us $38 billion annually and 54,000 jobs. We can’t let 50 states create 50 different AI rules that crush innovation. James Madison Institute jamesmadison.org/wp-content/upl…

Senator Ted Cruz just told reporters he is confident the provision pausing AI state regulations will remain in the bill. Meanwhile, Senate Parliamentarian rules it CAN remain in the bill because it’s only tied to pot of $500 million in federal funding.

3 points Sen R’s need to know: 1. The AI moratorium prevents the craziest state’s AI regs from being the default regulatory structure for the whole country. 2. Privacy, fraud and consumer protection state laws still apply. 3. China would love to see it fail.

You guys. It’s been a long day, week, year. But we are not done. We will not stop fighting against unconstitutional laws that suppress and chill lawful speech for all.

Despite recently getting slapped down by the First Amendment for trying to censor online speech, Arkansas still wants to control what you see, when you see it, and how you feel about it. That's not safety; that's censorship. So we're suing—again.
