I am desperately looking for a space to put 4 or 5 20’ storage containers. They are currently at Newsome Academy &are securely locked. They have to be moved from the school site by end of March. If anyone has any ideas as to where they could be located, please contact me. Thanks

This week was a y3&4 girls' football event at Rowley Lane School. It was attended by almost 50 girls who worked on basic skills-passing, moving, defending & shooting. All had a fab time & it was wonderful to see the girls being active & enjoying football at an appropriate level.

Rowley Lane school Rowley Lane PTA recently hosted the Y3&4 boys football festival for their boys and a group from Mount Pleasant Primary School . Boys worked on their skills and played some friendly games. A great time was had by all. A shame that not more schools took part.

The School Games and SPIN equipment has been moved off its site of 23 years. Very sad to see it go. Collecting and transporting equipment will be much more difficult from now onwards.
