The Maths Department would like to say a huge well done to all students who have been completing #SPARXMaths homework over the past year. A special mention goes to our Year 8, 9 and 10 SPARX Stars who have all gained 3,500 XP or more during the last half term. #proud #celebrate

Some of our lower school spent the day on Monday making sculptures from modroc. Modroc is a fabric bandage coated in a quick setting plaster. Our students researched their ideas, before choosing an item to create. We think they did a great job, and wanted to share their work!

A fantastic day out! The Natural History Museum in London is indeed a treasure trove of fascinating exhibits. On Monday, the Year 7s had a wonderful time exploring the different exhibition halls. The interactive nature of the museum really makes learning fun and engaging.

The year 10 team are runners up of the South Norfolk league after an extremely close game against Iceni. Just one rounder separated the two sides, all coming down the last two balls of the game! Well played girls ⚾️

Yesterday, 70 of our Accelerated Reader stars in Y7 and Y8 joined us in the library for a well deserved reward for achieving their AR targets for this term. Certificates, badges, superstar pens and most importantly, ICE CREAMS awaited them.

There was a lot of excitement yesterday, especially amongst our new intake, and current year 7 students as author and actor Joseph Elliott was in school.

Congratulations to our last AR winners of the term. Erin T and Ellis E were pulled out of the quiz takers bowl to win chocolate and a book each. Isabella M was our lucky winner after completing and quizzing on 10 books. 7JC and 8CG were our top quizzing tutor groups this term!

The Orchard Committee ended a great year by getting creative with nature—pressing flowers and leaves into clay and topping with plaster to make plaques of plants grown this year, from ragwort to thistles. 🌼🌿 New members welcome in September! #OutdoorLearning #Nature
