Why do people need a cornea transplant? There are so many reasons for a cornea transplant from injury to complete unknowns as to why people start to lose their sight. Their vision can often be extremely blurred or fuzzy stopping them taking part in normal activities. 👁️💕👁️💕👁️

A father-of-three from Newcastle has said he is 'so thankful' after his eye was saved by a graft created from a donated placenta. Paul Laskey suffered a severe chemical burn to his left eye after an acid attack in 2023. Graham Stothard 🎥 has the latest.
